MVARA License Classes
If you are interested in talking with people around the area and around the globe, communications and electronic technology, off the grid communications, or serving your community in good times and during disasters, ham radio could be for you.
The MVARA can help you get or upgrade your amateur radio license, set up your station, and get on the air.
The Mahoning Valley Amateur Radio Association (www.mvara.org) and Cuyahoga Falls Amateur Radio Club
(www.cfarc.org) will be conducting live online classes to help you get your Technician and/or General Class Licenses. Free classes will be held
via Zoom and run for eight weeks from Sunday, Oct. 4 through Nov. 22. Sessions are from 1:30 to 4:00 PM. All ages are welcome.

If there are no classes scheduled or you can’t attend classes, we can assign an amateur to mentor your self study using our recommended study materials and techniques that have helped many people get or upgrade their licenses.
